Bangalore, Aug. 19. Four unnatural deaths were reported in the City in the last
24 hours.
In the first incident, Lakshmi (35), a reident of Hegannahalli Cross in
Kamakshipalya, allegedly commited suicide at her house following a quarrel with
her husband, Kariappa, a labourer. She hanged herself when there was nobody in
the house, police said. Kamakshipalya police have registered a case.
In the second incident, Jabeen Taaz (19), wife of Pasha of Ullasnagar in Kengeri,
allegedly set herself ablaze following a quarrel with her husband.She was
admmitted to Victoria Hospital where she died of burns on
wednesday.Jnanabharathi police have registered a case.
In the third incidedent, Mahadeva (18),a labourer allegedly committed suicide by
hanging in his house in Hosapalya in Madiwala police limits.The reason for his
suicide was yet to be ascertained.
In another incident, Mallikarjuna, a labourer, sustained burns in a stove burst
while he was cooking in his house.He was admitted to Victoria Hospital where he
died.
